All of our lettuce is triple-washed and dried in industrial spinners. Our partners uphold the highest hygiene standards and all products are delivered in refrigerated trucks and stored in large cold rooms to ensure ultimate freshness, moisture and texture.
Are the Quinoa patty baked or fried?
Our quinoa patties are baked and made in-house.
What are the prawns and grilled chicken marinated with?
The prawns and grilled chicken are marinated in olive oil, cajun paste and other spices.
What stock do you use for the premium and vegetarian soup?
We use vegetable stock for vegetarian soups (mushroom, pumpkin, tomato, broccoli and cheese and french onion), chicken stock for cream of chicken and corn soup, and fish stock for seafood and clam chowder soups.
Are your ingredients organic?
We source the best possible ingredients but our ingredients are not organic labeled. Our kale is hydroponic, pesticides-free and is grown in the best environment for ideal nutritional value.
What type of oil do you use in the your selection of dressings?
We only use premium extra virgin olive oil and extra virgin (unrefined) coconut oil at Saladstop!.
Are you HALAL Certified?
Our poultry items (tandoori chicken, grilled chicken, turkey ham) are all halal, although SaladStop! is not a Halal Certified establishment because we serve bacon bits on our salad bar. Some of our dressings also contain alcohol. These are Wasabi Honey Soy, Japanese Miso, Pomegranate Vinaigrette, Raspberry Vinaigrette and the Japanese Wafu. The rest of the dressings do not contain alcohol. Individual food may come in contact during preparation or storage, so we can't guarantee that cross-contamination with non-halal ingredient will occur.
Do you use MSG in your soup?
The soups are made fresh in Singapore daily and do not contain MSG, artificial colouring or preservatives.
Do you have gluten-free tortilla wraps?
Unfortunately not yet. We are working on finding a healthy source of gluten-free wraps.
Why don’t you serve more meat options?
We do not serve beef at SS due to its negative impact on the environment as well as high carbon footprint. We firmly believe in and support animal welfare and we try our best to source meat that is ethically raised as well as free range such as our chicken.
Why do you use plastic in your outlets?
Most of the plastic (cutlery and packaging) used in the outlet is biodegradable. Also the wood used in our outlets is recycled wood.
How do I order?
You can choose from our Signature Salad / wrap or warm quinoa bowl or create your own salad / wrap. We have our premium leaves and regular leaves. As for toppings, we have a total of 35 free toppings to choose from and a total of 19 premium toppings with extra costs.
Can I mix dressings?
Yes, you can mix dressings (the artist / chopper can recommend and give you feedback about your choice of dressings).

What is the difference between vegan and vegetarian?
Vegan is without any animal products (no cheese, egg, milk, cream, fish meat, poultry, etc), while vegetarian is without meat and fish (no live animal – meat, poultry, fish)
Do you cater to Vegetarians?
Yes! We offer a plethora of options for vegetarians. Look out for the “green ticks” on our menus, which indicate the vegetarian dressings we offer. Please request that your Salad Artist chops your salad on a fresh chopping board as well.
I am a vegan. Which of your signature salads or quinoa bowls do not contain egg?
They are Go Geisha, Iron “Wo” man, Habibi & Gardens by the Grain. Our tortilla wraps do not contain egg as well.
Which cheese is suitable for vegetarian?
All the cheeses at Saladstop! are suitable for vegetarians.
Are the bread sticks and crackers gluten free or vegetarian? Do they contain egg?
The bread sticks and crackers are NOT gluten free, they are vegetarian but NOT vegan – they contain egg.
What is your lowest calorie dressing?
Our Asian dressing, Thai Lemongrass.
Do you use low fat mayo in the dressings?
We do not use low fat mayo.
Which vegetarian soups are non-cream base?
The French onion and Minestrone soups.
Do your tortilla wrap contain egg?
No. Our wraps do not contain any peanuts, milk, eggs, crustacean, or tree nuts.
Do your soups contain MSG?
No. At Saladstop! we do not use any MSG, preservatives or artificial flavouring or colouring in any of our recipes.
What if I have a food-related allergy?
Please inquire with our outlet manager prior to ordering. We use only extra virgin olive oil in all of our dressings and each salad is tossed in fresh mixing bowls. Please request that your Salad Artist chop your salad on a fresh chopping board as well.

When you order through SaladStop!, there is a delivery charge of $30 for locations which are more than 1km away from any of our outlets.
