We are the first and largest healthy food chain in Asia. As a pioneer of the healthy eating movement, our core values are integrity, respect, and a commitment to excellence – reflected in every step of our process whether it is how we work with our farm partners, the new locally inspired dressing of the season, or the way our team is considered family.

Our family came together with a shared dream – a more conscious way of eating that is truly GOOD. Growing up, our mother taught us about honoring and respecting our connection to nature and family dinners were an opportunity for a home-cooked meal, using the simplest and most natural ingredients.

SaladStop! was founded in 2009 with the aim of bringing a new dimension to salads and approach to fast food. Today’s society is becoming increasingly disconnected with their food – we want to show that food consumption should be honest, trustworthy and real. As we’ve grown over the past few years, we constantly strive to improve and embrace an attitude to be “better than yesterday”.

We currently operate in Singapore, Philippines, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Spain, Korea and soon in Vietnam, and Malaysia and aim to become the world’s leading nutrition, health and wellness company serving the best tasting, most nutritious food. As we expand our footprint in the region, we remain true to our core values and commitment to the ideology of “Eat Wide Awake” through all aspects.

As we set up the salad bar every morning, we are driven by the communities that we work with and the lives that we are able to impact. We are just at the beginning of an amazing journey and dream about a world where farmers are respected and customers can start trusting their food again. We are still a small company but with big dreams and hope that we can be one of the catalysts in this change.

We all dropped our day jobs and came together with a shared dream - a more conscious way of eating. Simply put, we want to change the way people think about their food. We want everyone to wake up to the fact that you are what you eat, and our mission is to be a leader in this change to “Eat Wide Awake”.

We are not just a food chain. We are a movement that believes it is a basic human right to truly eat well.

Eating wide awake is our commitment to finding the best possible ingredients to feed the mind, body and spirit by taking into consideration the environment  as well as the food chain.

In a world where speed, time and money is paramount, we sometimes get carried away and forget about appreciating the things that fuel us and keep us going – our own food. We want people to Stop! and think about their food, understand where it came from; think about the hands, soil and time that made it possible. 

With the motto “Eat Wide Awake”, we emphasize the importance of what goes into your body and this motto is reflected in the global shift towards leading healthier lifestyles, which has led to a significant rise in demand for food that is not only delicious but also nutritious and healthy.  It is pushing towards an end to "pre-made culture" and ensuring a more conscious way of eating - the "Eat Wide Awake" movement. For us, every bowl that you enjoy is the result and catalyst of a positive cycle of change.

Plastic waste is one of the biggest threat to earth. Our goal is cultivate a refuse and reuse culture in Saladstop!, our customers and everyone around us.  We encourage saying no to single-use disposables and replacing them with reusables instead.

We believe the safest and highest quality ingredients come from sources that are sustainably managed and socially responsible. SaladStop! strives to adopt high quality ingredients that are closer to home to help reduce carbon footprint while having them fresh as possible.

In our efforts to conserving the earth’s natural resources, we are committed to conservative use of water and energy efficiently while avoiding over consumption. SaladStop! takes responsibility in ensuring our water bodies are not polluted or harmed by our operations switching to non-ecotoxic and biodegradable cleaning products.
